Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy
Welcome to our website. We value and respect intellectual property rights and expect others to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), copyright owners or their representatives can send us a takedown notice through our DMCA Agent, stated below. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity under the DMCA “safe harbor” provisions from infringement claims. When submitting an infringement claim to us, certain information must be provided:
Notice of Infringement – Claim
- A signature from the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- Identification of the copyrighted work allegedly infringed;
- Identification of the material to be removed, including the URL of the page;
- Contact information of the complainant;
- A statement of good faith belief of unauthorized use;
- A statement that the information provided is accurate and the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Under Title 17 USC §512(f), penalties can be imposed for misrepresentations in infringement notifications. Takedown notices can be sent through our Contact page via email for prompt attention.
It is important to note that we may share the complainant’s identity with the alleged infringer. By submitting a claim, the complainant agrees to this.
Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If material is taken down due to a copyright claim, a counter notification can be submitted. This must include:
- A signature;
- Description of the removed material;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that there was a mistake in the removal;
- Contact information and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
We have a strict policy against copyright infringement. We keep a record of DMCA notices and make efforts to identify repeat infringers. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
